Well Kiddies.....Huge changes this week! We had a lot of shifting places this week! I will announce via email what next week's contest will entail. Remember to look at the goal weight you gave RaQuette at the start of the contest and break down by week how much you need to lose each week to hit your goal weight. I just did that and it scared me!!! YIKES!
Also, to help keep you all motivated, not ONLY is Cristy the highest % loser, she also has lost the most lbs!!! Go Cristy.
